Signature line for corporation when transferring timeshare

We're transferring a timeshare from a one person corporation. Should the signature line say; Name Inc., President of XYZ Corporation?

ABC, Inc. by John Doe (his signature), President.

Not necessarily. Some have their own business and / or tax reasons for doing so, but few would form a corporation solely to house timeshare ownerships (unless perhaps willfully seeking to hide behind a LLC "veil" solely in order to avert and avoid personal liability or personal financial accountability).

Many people choose to have their timeshare ownerships within a Revocable Trust but, once again, there are likely numerous other reasons for having established that Trust in the first place besides merely creating a home for timeshare ownerships.
