There are a couple of spots where you are supposed to be able to view them, but it appears that it not showing up for pretty much everyone.

Not that it matters much but so ya don't feel alone I can't view my points either. When I do actually find a link I get an error page.

you can view by picking a unit to book and going partially through the booking process. When it shows how much the unit costs in points they show how much is left in use year. My remaining credit pool points are not showing..... Only 4500 but still missing.

This is why I tried to use up all credit pool points before conversion fiasco....

I'm not sure broken is the best word to describe it. An acronym comes to mind. FUBAR
I believe the term Wyndham uses is 'kinks' (small kinks) (small kinks that occur anytime a new system goes live)...

I can't find it on the website. Am I just missing it? or is this another "feature".

Thanks for the confirmation. Soooo much better than telling me to call in.

So now I am starting from my screen prints.....

is the Link to the reservation (so I can see how many points I used) also missing?

(I ran an IT department for 10 years - I swear I would fire the SVP / VP / and senior direct of IT. Then I would replace at least 1/2 of the analysts programmers. I get it that this "web layout" is "current" - but you DO NOT remove functionality.)

Any know how to look at your guest confirmation count? I see a message 'you have at least 1' when adding a guest, but is there a true count anywhere like we used to see?

Note: I still don't have access, but a friend has let me take a took (thank goodness through TUG I had some warning - this is just awful).

Not that I've found.

Edit - now it looks like as you complete the booking process with a guest it will tell you:

  • Guest Confirmation
    • Required
      1
    • Available
      1

There are sporadic reports of people finding a 'Points' tab on their pages (I don't have it yet), but if there still isn't a button to see your points balance on the website, I did find a way to get around that (apparently doesn't work for everyone) courtesy of the Wyndham Timeshare Users Group on Facebook.

Once you login to the site and go to My Ownership, if you manually change the last portion of the URL to "/points-balance.page?" I was able to manually navigate to my Points Balance.

Alternately, once you login, if you paste the entire URL - "https://www.myclubwyndham.com/mycw/ownership/points-balance.page?", it should theoretically have the same effect.

It was also reported this worked in Chrome, and did for me as well - I'm not sure about other browsers.

Here's hoping Wyndham gets their act together and makes this actually viewable the right way.

Thank you! this worked for me using the Edge browser. It was so reassuring to see my pooled points remaining. It's diabolical of them not to provide that link when the page does exist.

I don't have a points tab, but I can get to the page using the link above (thanks for posting!)

It seems to be confused due to my use year re-alignment that happened on May 15. Wyndham re-aligned my contracts to all have a Jan use year, and as of that date the old site only showed the Jan use year along with the prorated points they added to my account that expire on 12/31/2017. This new points page is still showing my July use year. I seem to have a use year that spans over 12 months. It shows 4 "Current Use Years." Can anyone make sense of this? I have no pooled points.

I can't. For me, the Total Use Year Points (your screenshot shows 77,000) number ranges from the thousands to over 6M. I don't see any rhyme or reason to it (I don't own 6M points, not even close).

Why would I have a use year that started on may 20? And why would a use year that supposedly starts on July 1 be listed under current use years? Especially when I only have one single January use year. It's totally laughable how bad this site is screwed up. I can see why they are hiding they points tab.

Based on what I see on mine (which has 4 current use year tabs and 3 future year tabs...for very few points), it looks like they included Credit Pool points under the current use years. I have one tab that has an almost 3 year window under Current Use Year, that matches my current Credit Pool points. Doesn't mean that all the numbers are correct (although miraculously mine seem to be), but maybe there's a way to interpret one or more of those strange dates that way - two of mine with 0 points line up to a dates that I had previously Credit Pooled points (that are since used), and another lines up to another Credit Pool date (the one I mentioned above). The 4th one is just my 2017 points. Hope that maybe helps?

I have a points tab this morning. I guess it works because despite the numerous erroneous use year it's showing for me, it does actually have the right number of points available. It's just the total points that seems off.

Although, it's showing I have 1 guest confirmation. I thought we non-VIPs were supposed to get 2 guest confs now? I haven't used one.
