This is an every year, prime summer float week, 2 bedroom lockout. 2017 maint fees were $768. The 2018 week has already been used and will be paid before transfer. Ownership would begin with the 2019 week/maint fees which are due in Oct 2018. You can also sign up for monthly payments in which you'd only pay 1/12 of the fee each month starting in Sept 2018.

The unit can be locked out and deposited (July week) for 33 and 25 TPUs 24 months in advance (no need to prepay the maintenance fees as long as you're on the monthly plan!). If you pay to combine the TPUs, you can use them immediately. It's still a pretty good trading value compared to most these days and maint fees have increased very little over the years. We decided to buy DVC so we're adjusting our portfolio.

The transfer fee is $175 plus attorney fees. The resort provides an all inclusive service at $365. I'm happy to do the deed ourselves to save attorney fees too.

Bumping. This is available to anyone wanting to pay the $175 transfer fee (and attorney fee, if desired). TPUs are currently 26 and 33 points if unit is locked off and deposited separately.

I understand this resort may take a deed back under limited circumstances. Maybe give them a call. Most approved probably are hardship based.

Great resort, and someone should take advantage of it. It's very rentable for MF's, even a little more than your fees, and the resort will add your guest with no problem at all. So those years you don't want to deposit it, you have options.
