It's my understanding to request a deedback the TS he to be paid in full. Mine is not. I guess a Lawyer it is. We were lied to many times. Broken promises and a financial burden we don't want to be stuck with for much longer ...

Before you pony up money to any lawyer, understand very clearly that no attorney has any magic beans or secret elixirs with which to magically extricate you from the legally binding contractual obligations of a timeshare ownership into which you once voluntarily chose to enter. Lawyers are attorneys, not magicians.

By the way, rest assured that Westgate certainly has well paid attorneys of their own. Moreover, Westgate has an established track record of taking litigation just as far as they possibly can. I'd think long and hard before believing that paying an attorney is somehow a magical solution to your situation.
