I just realized I must have missed the owners meeting this year. I don't think I ever got a notice about it. Or, maybe I did and was busy that week and threw it out. Was there an owner's meeting? Anything newsworthy?

I did that once a while back. It was Greg (who also lives in Carlsbad), Ian and me. They gave me some good HGvC pointers when I was a rookie.

Yeah. You will probably need to look at what works for you, choose a couple of those dates and then see which works for the majority. The worst part of organizing anything is that people will tell you they can't go on that day and ask you to change it. Best way to deal with that is to choose what works for you. If someone can't go, they have the option to either not go or to schedule one on a different day when they want to organize an event.
