Looking to purchase a deeded week at Club La Pension, NOLA by private sale. For those who own deeded weeks:
Is it easy to exchange at this resort for other weeks?
Do you have the ability to purchase a separate membership for exchange purposes through II?
I see they did a complete renovation a few years back and there was a special assessment. Any new ones coming down the pike?
Are you generally happy with property and Bluegreen?
Any information would be appreciated.

I own a floating week (deeded) and can reserve any week except designated event weeks (2 Mardi Gras weeks, French Quarter Fest, 2 Jazz Fest weeks, New Year's (Sugar bowl). I try to plan ahead and make reservations one year in advance. No new assessments have been announced. Love the property and location, although the balcony rooms can be a bit noisy at night during event weeks.
