hi ive been looking on here for awhile and had a question I hope someone could answer. I own 308,000 at oceanwalk and 189,000 points at star island. I bought both of eBay a few years back and was wondering if it is worth combining the 2 deeds. My problems are one has an anniversary of October 1 and the other is January 1. If anyone has any suggestions if I can do it and is it worth the cost and what Wyndham charges? Thanks again

What costs are you talking about? If you're just combining two accounts into one there shouldn't be a charge if they are both in your name. All you would need to do is send a request to Wyndham to combine the accounts and request they change the use end date on one so they are the same.

I spoke with a women and she really wasn't much help but she thought there would be a fee since they were two separate contracts. I figured I would ask here if anyone has been in my position before I call Wyndham again and get another person.

Are both deeds in your name but just under different account numbers?

It sounds like you have the two contracts under separate member accounts. As long as the two deeds have a common name, you can easily merge the two memberships without any fees.

A couple years ago, I bought a resale contract. I have the broker my existing member number, but in the end the contract ended up in its own member account. I had to fax in a letter to Owner Care requesting that the contract be moved to my pre-existing member number.

BTW, there is no way to "combine" deeds into a single deed, so avoid using that terminology.
