Thanks, Mike. The maintenance fees are steep. Yikes! Wonder why they are higher than Aulani's dues? Be interesting to see the breakdown on it at the end of the year.

The studio, one, and two bedrooms look narrow and have a modern vibe almost like Bay Lake Tower. Wonder what the square footage is on the units?

Those maintenance fees seem like they'll make the original phase seem like a bargain in comparison. Seems odd that they'd be so much higher, especially if the points charts are mostly the same. Maybe it's really expensive to operate the cabins?

I'm also wondering how the Dues are a dollar higher than "old VWL." Can the cabins possibly be that expensive to operate?
