Do owners at VRI-managed resorts still get special benefits in RCI Weeks?

I know that RCI Weeks used to offer a special deal to owners at resorts managed by VRI. I think the deal was sign up for two years, and get a third year for free. Also, I think there was a discount when trading from one VRI-managed resort to another. Plus, there was some sort of exchange priority when trading from one VRI-managed resort to another.

I belong to RCI Points, so I get a free RCI Weeks account. Also, I have not deposited any of my VRI-managed weeks into RCI in a long time. So, I don't know if any of these benefits still exist.

Does anyone here have any information on this?

Judy, did you ever get an answer to this? I was reading through the new handbook MROP mailed me when I purchased and it's dated 2012 with these old RCI perks in it. VRI told me to call RCI about it and RCI is totally confused.
