Went on a cruise February 2017. Had a car booked through budget at location near the cruise port. First had to wait approximately 45 minutes for shuttle. Keep in mind we were first people off the ship doing self debarkation. When we're got to Budget with approximately 30 other groups waiting for cars we were told no cars available for approximately 2 hours! I don't think the lot holds more then 30 cars. No manager would come talk to us. The office about 200 square feet! Go to the airport instead. We got very lucky and had a wonderful couple drive us to Fort Lauderdale in a rented van that had 3 seats empty. Thank you to James and Gayle Goin if you read here!
