Hi
I'm filling out an agreement to purchase timeshare points. I would like to add my girlfriend on the deed so that we can both book rooms in case we want 2 at the same time without paying for a guest certificate. How should the deed read? Joint tenants with survivorship rights? tenants in common? sole and separate property? Also if I own other real estate (not a timeshare) will listing as joint tenants jeopardize the sole ownership of that property or is it considered separate?
Also wondering if I should list my adult children as well in case they travel without us?
Thanks very much.

Anyone you put on the deed, becomes fully financially responsible for it. I would not put a girl friend or kids on it.

If you die - it means that the 3 of them would own it together, and would not be able to refuse the inheritance.

Ditto with Denise for a whole lot of reasons both legal and personal.

... and who owns it, if you break-up? Answer: Both of you.
It's like you two had a child together. Who gets visitation and who pays the college tuition?

BTW, you can always get a guest certificate for her to use.
