Club Wyndham Plus / Geo Holiday
105,000 Club Wyndham points biennial odd years. For those familiar with Geo this is equivalent to 15,000 Geo credits.
Geo dues are $483US and Wyndham Club fee is $147 = $630 annually. 2017 fees are paid and all points/credits are available now.
GeoHoliday International is affiliated with several resort groups (Royal Holiday Club (Mexico), Club La Costa (Spain), Seasons Holidays (UK & Europe), Royal Resorts (Asia) and Wyndham Resorts as well as RCI.
Geo is a Right-to-Use vacation club and has been in business for over 30 years. See their website here -> http://www.geoholiday.com/
This contract was assigned to Wyndham in 2009 after the re-branding from Fairfield.
The cost to transfer the Geo contract is $399CDN (about $310US) and the cost to transfer the Wyndham membership is $299US. If you are currently a Club Wyndham member I don't believe there are any other costs associated since there is no deed to transfer, just the contract and the membership. If you are not already a Club Wyndham member other fees may apply.
The owners of this contract/membership have owned since 2000 and have, unbelievably, never used it. The husband of the couple has health issues so they will likely never be able to use it as a couple and their kids can't figure out what to do with it. The owners just want to get out from under. We are friends and they know we use our timeshares a lot and also that I am a member here at TUG so they asked me to post this ad. I will put anyone interested (except scammers) in contact with them and they can correspond with them directly after that.
Thanks for looking.
