Free - Alpenland one bedroom, high season red week/55,000 II points

Home resort is Alpenland Sporthotel in Austria, which gets great reviews on TripAdvisor. Obviously with membership in II or RCI, weeks can be banked and traded anywhere - weeks have great trading value.

Management company is American Resorts International. Requires $100 transfer fee payable to ARI; no other transfer costs. Maintenance fees are about $78/month (starting January 2018).

Looking to transfer ownership asap.

btw....2017 fees are paid in full. I'll pay transfer fee.

I have a second timeshare that I use every year, so do not need this one.
