Woodstone at Massanutten. McGaheysville, VA
I own a triennial timeshare at Woodstone of Massanutten in Casa deCamp. It's a Gold Card rated unit in week 25 (Red Week). The resort is a fun summer and winter resort with lots of water parks for the family as well as horseback riding and hiking, and skiing in the winter. Annual owner's fees run around $200 per year.

Hello,
I never owned timeshare so what are all the fees I need to pay to own your free unit. How much exactly maintenance fees, any other fees besides title transfer? How much does it cost to join and be a member of rci to trade weeks? Thank you.
