Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta Transportation Email Address?

Hi, anyone have the current email address to reserve the free transportation from the airport to Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta? I tried their online forms but it requires a Vidanta reservation number and I have an exchange from II. Thanks!

I just looked at mine for November at the Grand Mayan and it says to email shuttleservice@vidanta.com on my II document.

When I look at the Grand Luxxe website, all the ways to contact them end in @vidanta.com, so I try would try the one above. Usually the week before you go is the best time to do it.

Have II resend the confirmation and your reservation number will be there .
