I am attempting to give away our timeshare at the Grandview in Las Vegas. I am new to this so if you have more knowledge about the transfers and can help a bit, great!

Fully paid off including maintenance for 2017.

Fixed Week 11
1 bedroom
16,333 points a year
Able to do the RCI Points.
Ready to use 2017.


All you have to cover is the title transfer/closing fees. The resort quoted me $299 for a transfer. If you can find it cheaper somewhere else, I am all for it!

Hi, When I went to the grandview I only saw buildings with two 1 bedroom lockoff , you have half of this? or you have the 2 lockoff 1 bedroom?

Clarification - you have to make the payment even during the years that you don't have usage, so it's actually $382.50 per use year - which is every 3 years.

He has a one bedroom, which is half of the 2 bedroom lock-off.

You would not get points during the off years - this is a Triennial ownership - once every 3 years.

I don't think that's correct Denise, its 49K points and they give you 16,333 each year since you are paying 1/3 fees every year.

I've been watching for a two bedroom tri, 122,000 points, they fetch a premium.
