Hawaiian Air 5% discount from Vistana not working

I tried using the Vistana 5% discount off Hawaiian Air recently. I've tried several different times and failed. Have any of you successfully used it lately?

I went to the Vistana site, logged in to the dashboard, found the link to Hawaiian Air which directed me to the Hawaiian website which had "welcome vistana" (or similar) at top, so it seems like I was logged in correctly. There are no more coupon codes to enter, or at least I don't see any.

The price I see after entering from Vistana using the link is identical to searching direct without Vistana. In past years I've seen it work and show on the Hawaiian website as a discount.

Suggestions?

I don't have a suggestion but I was checking airfares last night and went through dashboard just as you did and I received a message that said something like your promotional code is not available at this time. I did not see any codes to enter either.

Wow, I also never knew this. We usually book Hawaiian Airlines, too. Maybe it will start working again before I book next year's flight!

I discovered why this wasn't working for me. I only need a one-way flight and the 5% discount is for roundtrip travel.

Are you trying to book a round trip or one way flight? Discount is only valid for round trip.

I was trying to book a round-trip. I couldn't even get to booking because it gave me an error after trying to put in the affiliate code

Perhaps you should remove the E-certificate # since it's for Vistana members only

The link to the affilate Hawaiian site can be found on the Dashboard under Special Offers after you login. It automatically applies the discount when you use the link.

Went there. Got it to work. However, there are some caveats.

The 5% off is only good for flights between SEA, PDX, OAK, SFO, SJC, LAX, SAN, PHX, LAS, JFK and Hawaii.

Never mind. I figured it out because when I continue to checkout, it asks for the FF number.

Has anyone tried this discount lately? It says it is only good through January 2019. Does anyone know when this might renew for flights in February 2019?
