- A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Is that a flat number regardless of points and status or is it tiered based on points and status?
No idea - next time I call I'll check. I am Elite and my limit is 15. Here's the error message:
"We are sorry. You have exceeded your number of guest reservations of 15 for this year. Please contact us at (877) 606-2582 or (407) 905-1100."

Do you have too many points to use in 15 reservations now?
Yes, for short reservations - I'll need to keep my reservations to a full week going forward.

Here's what I got in writing from my Elite counselor:
Here is the information I found regarding the guest of member maximum. It is in the club terms and conditions on page 15 (or page 33 from the first top page as it includes the club agreement and some other disclosures and definitions page).
16. Guests
A Member may arrange use of Timeshare Periods and Partner Inventory by a guest age twenty-one (21) or older. Reservations must be made by the Member and may be transferred to the guest using a Guest Certificate obtained from and issued by GAE. A Member cannot exceed more than fifteen (15) Guest Certificates annually. GAE
reserves the right to charge a fee for any non-Member's (i.e., guest) use of a Member's Club Points.
She also sent me the Holiday Inn Club Disclosure Guide:
