Holiday Inn Club Vacation -- Should we rescind?

Hello everyone! It seems we have a bit of a case here. We bought a property from HICV in Scottsdale, AR for 15,000 dollars and we get 75,000 points. About a 400 dollar maintanence and member fee cost. They convinced our family into buying this about 2 days ago and I am glad I found this site. I am almost certain I have buyers remorse and should back out but I want more opinions from around the site. Thanks.

Just realize if you ever need to get out of ownership it will be very difficult and you will not get any of that $15000 back

Well, it is all set and done. They didn't even charge the down payment yet. We're staying on property at Orange Lake, thus we went to the office on site and canceled it there. We got a letter confirming it. Thanks for everything! (This was a hard process, they tried selling a "better deal" and then we got harrased by a salesperson because he was going to call "security" on us because we wanted to cancel.) Thanks for saving us 15k!
