Transfer used to be $100, and closing was under $200. If you are interested, I will check.

Interested, but need more details since first timeshare. Does this provide RCI points if I want to see other properties? Also could this be used for Memorial Day week or July 4th week?

There are no points. Once it transfers it reverts back to the May-July float. It can be used for Memorial or Independence week, but you would have to book it early. There is a time advantage for this season's owners before the other seasons' owners can book, but I am not sure how long it is.
