I can vouch for Steve. I'm here now at his other TS at Shell Island and its great. Weather has been sunny & hot most days. Island is practically empty so no traffic and we can just walk in to any restaurant at 7pm and get seated right away.

Weather has been great, wish we could stay another week in your other unit. Island is practically empty so its fun to enjoy the peace while being able to explore.
