My wait list came through today...but I've learned something. I had a wait list in for at least 8+ months for a 2 bedroom in Aspen, I added 1 bedroom OR studio just in the past 2 months. What do you think came through first? The studio. When I went on line to look...there were at least 2 1 bedrooms and 1 2 bedroom still on the available list.

So, does that mean the wait list will "match" the lowest request first? Just curious.

Hmmm, that's a good lesson to be learned. It could be possible that the studio appeared before the 1 or 2 bedrooms. It's all computer driven so it's just an algorithm.

How can you tell by looking online how many of each type of unit is available? ("There were at least 2 1 bedrooms and 1 2
bedroom still on the available list.")

The very moment a unit becomes available, first stop is whoever is first on the Wait List. So if a studio is the first to hit, that's the first to be booked. A 1 or 2BR unit could appear moments later but if you requested all of the above, the studio would be first confirmed because it was the first available.

My question is--- How would you know from looking at the website that there are 2 one bedroom units available?

When you look up available units...you can see everything that is available.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought that you had figured out how many of a particular unit were available for a specific week when you were actually looking over a period of time.
