Interval and travel insurance

I booked an exchange through Interval and purchased the offered travel insurance policy when I made the exchange. It now looks as though family members will be using the week with a guest certificate and I won't be going due to work obligations. Can I either transfer the insurance policy to my family members or can i cancel the policy and get a refund?

I believe the insurance covers the exchange not a specific person but check the details of the insurance to be sure.

Thanks, I did go on interval and was able to send an email to the company that handles the travel insurance so hopefully I will get a reply.
