Hello! I bought a timeshare at Villa del Palmar last June, and I received in the mail today a renewal for Interval International. Am I required to renew with Interval International or can I go without renewing? Thanks in advance.

you are not obligated to renew your II membership unless you wish to continue to deposit/exchange or otherwise use your membership features.

II renewal is good if u wanna exchange or get "Getaways",,,,,,,,,,,I bought a T/S in 2001 in the Poconos. ($4K)....Never saw the inside of the unit.. It was RTO and EOY....In other words; no DEED and pay MF's every odd year (Just wanted to exchange to different areas) .......So, 2019 will be my last year of paying MF's.....
FYI....many people are down on T/S.....But we've had a good run... NO REGRETS
