Selling a New York timeshare. Need a reputable, low cost New York Closing and Escrow service so I can sell myself on TUG. New York requires a lawyer to close so many popular timeshare closing companies can not service this.

I would still contact LT Transfer. They have a lawyer on their payroll. If they can't handle it they'll tell you. I bought a TS from a fellow Tugger and used them (legal timeshare transfer). It was a very smooth transaction that went very well. Much better than my experience buying off of Redweek that included Re/Max agent to guide the process.

Thanks for the idea. I contacted LT and unfortunately, they don't have a NY lawyer on their staff.

Any other recommendations?

Hi CalGal,

I don't know of a NY lawyer, but I used Timeshare Title, located in Pennsylvania, for one of my timeshare closings. Pennsylvania is a neighboring state to NY, so maybe you could ask the staff there and they could point you in the right direction.
