Marriott Insiders Disaster

I know that several of us were active participants on Marriott Insiders. It appears that the relaunched Insiders is a major disaster. I still am unable to signin. When I first tried to sign in, they assigned my email address (with my name) as my username. After several emails to community managers I am still unable to sign in and I've received no responses in the past two weeks. Based on what I've been able to read on the site, it appears several others are having a similar problem and many long-time contributors are very disappointed in the new "insiders'.

Many of us are also having a difficult time getting points to post. I am still missing a stay from four weeks ago even after sending my missing stay form. As an original member of the initial Marriott Marquis program, I am becoming more disenchanted with Marriott management. Have other TUG members been able to sign in?

I hadn't used Insiders recently, but reading your post this morning I tried signing in and it worked fine first time.
I wasn't prompted to change anything, my username...etc appear to be the same and the site at first look appears to be working OK for me (this is no comment on the new design/content)
So I don't know what the issues are but they are not impacting everyone.
I hope you manage to get your problems resolved quickly.
