Wondering if anyone else has had a problem with trying to book at 8 months out lately? Two nights ago I noticed that I couldn't book online. I had a message that said that I needed to call to make a reservation, because I had more than one account. Did not have that problem previously, as all I had to do was choose which star options I wanted to use to book a reservation (i.e. banked options or current options from another Starwood property).
Sent off an e-mail, so I should hear back in a few days. I thought that the computer update last night would take care of the problem, but it did not. Any thoughts? TIA
