Places to list my TS for sale?

As it pertains to the sticky above, that list is great for buyers. Many reputable places to look for timeshares for sale.

For a seller looking to maximize exposure, there only seem to be a few places that one can post their own timeshare for sale and have control of the ad wording, price adjustments, etc....(not having a broker or agent do it). Here is what I have found, are these really the only options for me to have full control of my ad?

TUG Marketplace
Redweek
Craigslist
eBay
MyResortNetwork

Am I somehow not googling well enough to find the rest? Or maybe not seeing how to list my TS on these other sites that I found not mentioned above?

Just want to maximize my exposure. Really appreciate the input from those more adept that I when it comes to the sales game.

I certainly wish you well with this endeavor. But since there is no 'official' brokerage or 'used timeshare lot', it looks like you've hit the places most people in the market would look for a resale timeshare. Really, it seems that for the individual owner, the competition is eBay. With it's auctions and all the upfront fee sellers dumping inventory via that means, the weeks that compete with yours are free- or very nearly so. I guess you could get lucky and find a buyer who just doesn't like auctions, so if your ad is more attractive than theirs, your week is one that more people would want, you can provide closing, and have an estoppel letter for prospective buyers so you can show them exactly what they are buying. In other words, you have to provide a better buying experience than the other guys. Then someone will be attracted to yours instead of the $1 TS from eBay or the Bargain Deals on TUG.

Thanks for verifying what I already had in mind. Seems like there are more agents and brokerages out there than there are places for regular folk to DIY. The FSBO direction.

Another place is vacationtimesharerentals.com. It's free but not as good as it used to be...
