RCI 1 in 4 rule anxiety

I've been reading these forums and came across discussions on this. I had never heard of this before and I'm certain I exchanged twice within the past couple of years to Disney's Saratoga Springs and was thinking to do it again this year. Now I'm worried that I shouldn't be doing this. How do I verify which resorts enforce this rule?

Disney DVC does not have a 1 in x rule. No worries.

Click the fees tab for a resort in RCI Directory. If it has the rule it will be listed there.

I've exchanged for Saratoga twice in the last 6 months, no issues.

Also realize that the 1-4 rule is an RCI rule and does not apply if you exchange through another exchange company..
