RCI Points 24,667 annual points, 2017 fees paid, 2018 no fees, 2019 no fees!!!

This RCI Membership is for Vacation Village at Parkway located in Kissimmee, Fl, currently converted into 74,000 RCI points. This is a Triennial B Unit and points are disbursed every year at a rate of 24,667. The deed is for a 2 bed, 2 bath lock off, unit no. 10708, Deeded Week 40 (every third year usage 17, 20, 23…). Maintenance fees are billed every third year (17paid, 20, 23…) and fees for 2017 were $863.

This is a perfect add on to an existing points account or could be a very inexpensive way to get started with RCI points.

I will pay transfer fee ($250), buyer to pay closing fees using LT (approximately $150), as recommended by so many on this site. The only other cost to buyer will be for RCI points account. I believe it is $100 for current members and $224 for new members. The RCI Membership is optional.

So for the first 3 years you will get the 24,667 points without paying any maintenance fees. That is $0 and .00¢ per point for the first 3 years!

"you used some but not all of your Points in the Use Year they were allocated in, your unused points are automatically saved at the end of that Use Year."....."If you don’t use saved Points in that second Use Year, you can pay a fee to extend them for a third Use Year.5"

If you do not use any of points during a use year you can pay a small fee to save them. I believe this fee is $26, but again if any points are used it is done without charge and is automatic.
