Resort: Sheraton Vistana Villages - St Augustine section

Week: 37 (but floats) - Gold Plus Week - Can book the following weeks - 1-5, 18-22, 35-38, 48-50 - based on availability and prepayment of maintenance fees. Can book the holiday weeks - Memorial Day or Labor Day

Size: 1 Bedroom - Sleeps 4 (approximately 530 square feet)

First Use: 2018 - Even Year Usage (then 2020, 2022, 2024, 2026, etc)

Maintenance Fees for 2017 of $267.82 have been paid

Estimated Maintenance Fees for 2018: $267.82 - new owner will be responsible to them.

Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort is a beautiful, timeshare in Orlando, FL.

Your usage will start in 2018. No mortgage and all maintenance fees are current.

This can trade in both Interval International and RCI. Please note that even though it is week 37, Sheraton assigns a week to deposit into Interval International and RCI. This is NOT considered a fixed week.

There are no StarOptions with this resort upon resale transfer.

Sheraton Vistana Villages is located at 1201 International Drive, Orlando, FL

Closing to be done by Legal Timeshare transfers.

I will pay all closing costs and transfer fees!
