I called that store, and others around it, and the answer was a resounding no. I was told by others that Costco sales stopped when Vail Resorts took over and funneled any kind of lift ticket discount thru their website- http://www.parkcitymountain.com/
we visited park city a few years back we flew into salt lake city and the costco most certainly had far cheaper lift tickets (if you bought the multi packs)....it was the one between the airport and park city!
