So Ron isn't the only one selling stripped La Belle?

On Ebay now:

"Wyndham La Belle Maison Resort ~ New Orleans

This is a timeshare deed to 605,000 points. The monthly maintenance fee is $285.86/month.

These points can be used at any one of Wyndham's resorts --
ANY SIZE UNIT -- STUDIO/1B/2B/3B/4B -- ANY SEASON -- ANY NUMBER OF NIGHTS

Usage is guaranteed to start in 2020, but may have points available sooner. Owner has many contracts in account and is unsure how many points will transfer for 2018 and 2019......."

Ron never sold a La Belle Maison until recently and points went
with it
I always used my arp benefit to make Mardi Gras reservations

and when I sold a contract I knew exactly what my buyer would get and gave full disclosure (and a guarantee) to my buyers

That is why I knew it wasn't you!

But it is interesting that a large contract is going at La Belle because I never see those.

Yes I am a fan and have learned much from Ron. Certainly didn't mean as negative and hope it wasn't taken that way.

There was an old post on the bargain board where Ron sold or gave away some stripped contracts and went to excruciating lengths to describe what he called the catch. This Ebay ad tells you there is a catch but says they really have no clue how big it is.

I didn't see it as a positive or a negative, only that it could be mis understood

If anyone is interested I think the sellers claim that this would sell for $20/1000 points if all the points were there is something of an overstatement. $10 is more like it.

Having said that the 600000 points is enough for 6 studios for Mardi Gras weekend 2020 If you can rent them at $1200 each that's $7200. Which is enough to re pay the $4500 to buy it and two years of maintenance fees. So you could say it's "free"
