Staroption reservations

i was trying to make a online Staroptions reservation (at one of my home resorts but outside home reservation period) so a Staroptions reservation. Tried right at 9:01pm pacific time 10/20....12:01am 10/21 eastern time. Exactly 8 months out.
Got a message: we found multiple Vacation Ownership for you, please call customer service.
So now I have to wait until tomorrow to make a reservation because I own serveral ownership. Doesn't make sense... Any help appreciated. I did right down the code that it gave me.

That message means there is something wrong with your account.

This is a problem that we had with our account and seems common with multiple resale VSN purchases. Take a look at post 7 and the last post in this thread. That should fix the issue for you going forward to be able to reserve online with multiple ownerships.

Yup, that will fix it. Takes a couple of days but that is what you have to do

Thx all. I actually contacted resolution services early this morning. Even though I had previously attempted to confirm account was set up correctly months ago apparently it was not. It was the same old story.....which was easily and quickly corrected. VISTINA resolution team has always been extremely helpful and responsive.
Although I only had 1 account I have 3 VOI the last one being a resale, WKORN, WLR and resale WKR. The resale apparently had a slight difference in my name....middle name initial vs middle named spelled in full. Since it wasn't a perfect match it created another user ID which became the problem. Easy, quick fix by a human that a system could do. My reservations were made and provided with a time stamp of when I originally attempted online. Happy camper with VISTINA.

Apparently differences in the address can cause this too. Our last resale purchase, they included the name of the county we live in on the deed in with the property address. Two VSN accounts and the dreaded message online when looking at available StarOptions that I would have to call to make reservations. Best to always check that StarOption summary page after every purchase.
