Check out this drone video of a gray whale! It's a young whale, not fully grown. And seems to be the same one seen at Carlsbad Harbor then Dana Point Harbor and then this location.

The whale swims right into the shallow water near Montage Laguna Beach (extremely upscale resort) right next to the tide pools my family visits every Summer - "Treasure Island Beach" - and nearby humans don't even notice!
