Only seldom do I rent out any of our weeks, but a unexpected schedule / commitment conflict has come up so I posted a rental ad for one particular week.

I was immediately contacted by this entity, located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, claiming to have a (U.S.) member interested in my week at listed price.
I am always very leery of third party "middleman" involvement, but would like to wrap up this particular rental as quickly as possible. A bird in the hand...

Does anyone have any direct, first hand knowledge and experience with this outfit that they could share, whether good or bad? Thanks in advance.

Yes, Suite Life is a legit vacation club. I have rented a few units to them over the past couple years. They have good communication, pay promptly and have had no issues. Rosy is the inventory manager so you may have been contacted by her. I get regular email requests from her on areas that she knows I own

Thank you. Yes, Rosy is the person who contacted me. In view of your successful experience as a reliable Tugger, I will keep an open mind. However, since I posted on TUG early this morning the "very interested client" now suddenly wants a week which is one week later than the one advertised, so the inquiry may be headed nowhere. No worries; it's a prime season, high demand week which will easily rent soon enough and the ad was only in place for less than a day.

Thanks again for sharing your first hand knowledge and successful experience; much appreciated.
