French Quarter has decent accommodations (nothing spectacular, but nice). You're close to the main strip in Branson (which puts you near most of the shows). So, location is a big plus. Get a decent map and try to learn the back roads leading into the back of the resort.

There really aren't any major cons - unless you're looking for a lot of resort activities. If you're going to Silver Dollar City, try to go mid-week and avoid the weekend crowds. They'll be closed on Mon and Tues. Good luck!

Spinnaker French Quarter Resort Branson
A few years ago, the original developer went bankrupt. The management contract was awarded to Spinnaker a couple of years ago. Since then Spinnaker has been slowly making improvements without jacking the MF's through the roof. Because of this you'll find things that need replacing/fixing and, they're getting to it but at a slow and steady pace. They're nice units but, they're not Marriott, Disney, Hilton or any other top of the line timeshare company nor will they ever be.

We've owned with them for several years because they have a good location, adequate units, decent facilities if you're there in the summer and the MF's are reasonable. We're Marriot an Hilton owners yet we are reasonably comfortable staying at French Quarter Resort, even if they're not of the highest standards.
