We just finished another week at The Shearwater, this was our 16th year. The resort was very quiet this year. No one contacted us concerning "owner updates", or other activities. We did meet with the resort manager on Thursday morning just before we left. He briefed us on what was going to happen over the next few months in terms of maintenance. The outside of the buildings and other exteriors will be repainted. The interiors will be getting new soft items, furniture, linens etc.. Unit 102 has a front lockable screen door, this is being done on a trial basis, other units may get the same type of screen door in the future.

Again, this was a very pleasant, quiet and peaceful week. Jennifer was the concierge, during most of our time at The Shearwater, she is a very professional and friendly person.

We love Shearwater. Have been able to trade into it 2x. We have also rented at Sealodge next door. Nothing like the views from that area.
