Trying to get rid of 6000 odd year Bluegreen Points

6,000 points on odd years, just paid the 2017 maintenance fees

The account is deeded at the Fountains in Orlando, Florida.

My information says 6702X/44O

Trust Fund is E.

Points can be used at any Bluegreen resort.

Mortgage is paid in full.

My annual maintenance fee payment was for $643.70, which included the maintenance fees, and the club dues. This is due 3/31 every year.

We have enjoyed the places we have stayed, just haven't been able to go as much as we have liked.

We would like the buyer to pay the Bluegreen Transfer fees.
