Heated single-car garage, gas fireplace, private hot tub on the deck. Units are townhouse-style, so no one above you or under you. Well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer.

Twin beds in the loft bedroom. Queen bed in second bedroom. King bed in Master bedroom.

Master bedroom has its own bathroom, an additional bathroom on the second floor.

Very close to several ski areas. Snow will be deep by then. Send a PM, if you are interested. I will deposit it with RCI at 15 days ahead, if I cannot get it rented.

I had someone ask me if this is an exchange. No, we own this timeshare.

This is not a resort with swimming pool and such. This is a townhouse with a garage and a private hot tub on the deck. There are only six timeshare units, and this is an older timeshare that we bought because it is a unit I would buy outright, if I could afford it ($599K for ones in the area like it).

Back when our kids were kids and we were into skiing we always tried to stay at Val Chatelle. Great units; minutes from downtown Frisco; easy drive to Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain. I highly recommend it.
