Westin Nanea 1BR Units

I've been having difficulty getting a reservation for a 1BR Unit at Nanea for next summer. I've read some posts that the 1BR units are limited. Is this because Nanea is not finished yet?

Does anyone know how many 1BR units Nanea will have when completed? And how many are currently available?

I am a newbie to Timeshares and this is our 1st one. We had no idea nor we informed that there would be an issue with availability. Lesson learned

There is another thread about this but I believe there are 5 1bdrm units only around 12% of units are 1bdrm, move inventory might open when the rest of the property opens. I think 1bdrm will be hard to book.

When the entire property is completed this will be the breakdown by villa type:
Oceanfront: 32 three-bedroom villas and 16 two-bedroom villas.
Resort View: 294 two-bedroom villas and 48 one-bedroom villas.

As has been stated above, only 5 one-bedroom villas are available during 2017.
