We'll be visiting there this summer and were wondering if there are some buildings that are better to request? Have stayed there previously but in a 1BR and not sure if they share buildings or not.

Thanks for any advice!

It's been a few years since we stayed at Kona Coast. Isn't there a Kona Coast I and a Kona Coast II? Do you know which one you are in? One of them are the older units farther from the coast. We stayed in the newer ones and were in a 2-bedroom in a building near the pool, that was also closer to the coast. I "think" the buildings all have both one and two bedroom units.

Here is a link to some maps for the resort. Maybe one of them will help.

We have stayed twice in building twenty eight upstairs. Overlooks grassy area where BBQs are. We liked it.

Buildings 23 through 27 face the golf course and have ocean views over two fairways. These buildings were undergoing refurbishment this spring so should be in great shape. They are all in Kona Coast II so if you are in Kona Coast I they will not be available.
