Wyndham Palm-Aire resort activities

We'll be in Wyndham Palm-Aire in early July. I've been reading up on reviews, etc. Just curious if anyone can give more details on what are the daily resort activities? I have called the resort and they just told me like too many to mention They said they'll just give info when I get there.

We have 2 kids, 14yo and 9yo. Looking forward to a relaxing 5 days, taking advantage of the resort amenities and activities.
