I want to give away 126k point at Wyndham Fairfield Mountains (Fox Run)-
HOA Maint fees - $ 732.85 and Program Fees $ 69.30

You can pay for 2017 fees and get the points usage for the year.

I may be interested. Let me know what other costs you want the buyer to be responsible for? Do you want repay for maintenance fees up until now or do you just want someone to take over fees after closing and transfer is complete?

Just the fees till the transfer. If we can handle the transfer ourselves then you can save the fees (you will need to pay just the Wyndham fees) else you may have to pay the transfer fees to an agent)

The contract is paid and I have paid fees till April and I will transfer all points for 2017 and you will have to pay dues May onward.

Wyndham charges transfer fees so the buyer will pay those fees. If you want to use a closing company then whatever are their fees (I think one of them charge $199)
