Kauai Beach Club Timeshare Presentation

Does anyone know what is being offered to sit through a timeshare presentation currently? Thanks for the information.

Last year, when we were at KBC, there was no timeshare presentation at Kauai Beach Club. You were sent down to Waiohai to see their timeshare presentation.

KBC Timeshare Presentation

We did one on Tuesday. We were offered 15000 points, $100 in Mahalo Dollars which could be used on site or at Roy's and Beach House Restaurant or a free round of golf.

They would also allow you to do the presentation at Waiohai and include a day pass for the resort there.

we were offered 2 rounds of golf at Kauai Lagoons (on property) which we took, or 20,000 MRP, or 150.00 in Mahaolo cash

where was the resort that offered you 20,000 MRP - KBC or the waiohai resort?? was the appt a high pressure one?

It was at the Kauai Beach Club. The presentation was very low key, possibly because we already own there? The push was initially for Poipou but when we stated "not interested, too hot over there" we never discussed that resort again. They did bring in someone to push buying for points and used the new Ocean Watch Dunes resort in SC for the example

Waiohai is winding down their sales office and moving everything back to KBC. The old Waiohai sales office area is being built out as more timeshares. If I may add, some of the best located units will be there.

Marriott is actually offering preview packages again at KBC.

Price of KBC Weeks

I don't know what the price was for the Kauai weeks. We weren't interested in buying there. We were looking at some of the other properties.
