Dunes South, Nags Head

Am interested in any input on Dunes South, as we are thinking of purchase there. The bigger, more structed resorts hold no interest for us--an older couple who like to walk on the beach, listen to the ocean, and eat out. Appreciate greatly any comments pro or con. Also, comments on prices one should expect to pay would be very helpful. (We are newbie folk)
