Fox Hunt resort has new management?? SPM

Joined TUG '96, Wyndham Grand Palms AKA, Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort, 3 bed lockout.
i heard fox hunt resort in cashiers NC has new property management recently the SPM Resorts Inc. guys.. was wondering how they are as a management company and do they have internal trades with the other resorts they manage.

Also in trade value are fox hunt units better with RCI or II.. currently have RCI account, would have to get II account.

anyone a owner at fox hunt happy with new management or not.. also the recent special assessments, was the money spend wisely with guidance from HOA board??

have opportunity to get a week here cheap but want to make sure i can get good trades with this $595.00 MF unit. its a week 26
