Fight the Good Fight

May I suggest that, in addition to other actions you plan to take, everyone who is unhappy should do the following:

1. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Starwood would not like...

Here are a few ideas you might check out:

Just North of San Simion, on PCH, is Ragged Point. We stopped there for lunch and walked around the complex. The rooms are situated on cliffs...

Good idea

Thank you for the idea. I own a Kindle and spend hours on it everyday. I may self-publish and spend a little $ promoting it. But it is too early to think about that now. I need to finish it first...

Don't Give Up

I would argue for a more aggressive approach.

First thing you should do is review your contract carefully - and educate yourself by reading about Marriott and timeshares on TUG. Then file a...

I hate those pesky lawyers!!! I really do.

We have a right to express our opinions - and yes, the Constitution gurantees that we can do so. Thank you for paying the price to protect our rights....

Sales Pitch for Use of Pool

When we stayed at Westin a few years ago, we took their sales tour. A main part of the sales pitch was that owners would have the right to use the pools at the Westin. They told us that the bus...
