Self and DW enjoying an outdoor dining experience during our recent vacation at MOW. A quick shout out of thanks to the staff at MOW for putting us in a 17th floor OF room (from our HHI week #21 exchange).

To get the pics directly in the thread, you enclose the link to them in tags.

Avatar was an epic movie that made lots and lots of money. Seriously, an avatar is the small picture that people have under their name that they use to "distinguish" themselves. Mine is of Harbour Lake, you don't have one. You can set your avatar in the settings on the User CP page.

Though an avatar doesn't show as much detail due to the size requirements having to be very small.

While realizing this in not just "Marriott", but TUG has a place for this at Pictures of TUGgers

Maybe it would be nice to re-kickstart that thread, and keep it all in one place...

I'll admit that I'm as curious as the next Tugger and would like to see the people behind the profiles.

However. . .I have developed an affection and concern for these (mostly) faceless people and don't want to see anyone get hurt from something that seems so innocent. There is a new show on PBS about the Constitution with Peter Sagal as the host. Here is a link to an episode that made me gasp. http://www.pbs.org/tpt/constitution-usa-peter-sagal/rights/#.UbRlUaUd5dc
Watch the section with Efrat Cohen:privacy (she is a private detective). The video clip is not the full section that was played in the program. You will have to figure out how to see the full section on your own. What was omitted (and the part that cut to my innards) was when Efrat told Peter about his 11 yo daughter and what she found out about Peter from his daughter's Facebook account. It wasn't bad info, it was just that Peter, being a celebrity, has mentioned his children, it's easy to find his children, and his children can be found and tracked on Facebook.

My picture is in my avatar.

Was taken about 3 1/2 years ago in front of Tokyo DisneySea.

Common, it is the size of a postage stamp, you can barely make out any detail....

Here's me.

In front of a Divi Divi tree on Baby Beach in Aruba.

Dioxide, thanks for posting this -- for some reason, when I did the IMG, it was HUGE.

I wanted to brag a bit about my wife (sorry) -- Jonell is team captain, and she and her team (five total) ran in the Marine Corps Mud Run this last weekend --- and her team took First Place for Females! They're fast....

They were fifth place overall (and it's even more impressive than that because first place were SEALs and second place were Marine Force Recon....) The Marines were not happy being about 10 seconds behind the SEALs....

Best,

Greg

(Don't blame me. The shoes were completely HIS idea and boy, did he have fun with them! I'm just glad they went back to the rental place yesterday.)

I'd never do that, Dude. love the avatar.

and I'll never mention that you did some stunt doubles for the Mission Impossible films.

Updated Avitar Photo and Resort List

If this works, my photo is now my Avatar and most of Ohio hates me. My resort list is updated for pending purchases at Oceana Palms and Hyatt Windward Point.

I preach time-sharing to everyone I talk to about vacations. The first thing I say is: Never buy a timeshare. the second thing I say is go to TUG2.net and rent other peoples timeshares and learn about time-sharing.

then, If you love it as much as I do, learn to buy a great timeshare in the secondary market, never buy from the developer.

What a wonderful picture. Congratulations!
Funny, my husband got the same shoes for my daughter's wedding, he loved them too!
