Itunes shoppers...
This is a great way to keep a frequent flier account active for only 99 cents. Buying one song is enough to keep your account "active".

American Airlines AAdvantage 2 miles per $
Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles 1 mile per $
Intercontinental Priority Club 4 points per $
Marriott Rewards 4 points per $
Midwest Airlines Midwest Miles 2 miles per $

Go to the airlines website. Follow the link to "earn more miles". Follow link to "retail". Choose the mall (Aadvantage Mall - or Dividend Miles Shopping Mall - or ??). Have it refer you to itunes, then shop.

Continental One Pass

I have received more OnePass miles for grocery shopping (1 for every $) and buying office supplies (3 for every $ (while using the company account as well as home) then I made on flights this year!
